Blending music, dance, martial arts, and healing movement arts, Nia is a dynamic practice that increases awareness, conditions the body, and supports mindfulness and expression through movement.

Nia is movement based on “The Body’s Way” honoring each individual’s expression, creativity and level of fitness. Explore a fusion of movement and stillness, breath and sensation, awareness, flexibility and balance as you move toward a more mindful state of ease, stability and joy.
