Attend an Orientation Session for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes to learn more about MBSR, meet the course instructors, ask questions and experience some of the mindfulness practices taught during the class. Orientation sessions are open to anyone interested in learning about MBSR or as a first step to enrolling in a class.
*These sessions are free of charge and are required of all participants before beginning the program.
* If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled orientation sessions, contact us to meet individually with an instructor.
