We currently offer our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes four times a year. Our 8-week program teaches mindfulness meditation, awareness and gentle yoga practices to manage stress, cope better with pain and illness and accept change with greater ease and peace of mind.
*Please Note: Attending an Orientation Session and meeting with instructor are required prior to participation in this program.
