The Centerpoint Stress Reduction Program provides
practical tools, knowledge and support for reliable, effective
stress relief. Our mission is to provide you with real stress
management for the real world. We offer classes in Mindfulness-Based
Stress Reduction (MBSR), one of the most widely researched
and recognized methods for working with stress. MBSR teaches skillful
means to help you go beyond simply tolerating stress, as you move
toward increased ease, equanimity and peace of mind.
Our program follows the model developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn
at the University
of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness.
This supportive, structured format has proven effective for thousands
of participants over the last thirty years.
